All our products are manufactured to meet national and international specifications precisely, without any deviations, and comply with Cpk requirements based on our internal standards for product parameters and processes. When we need to outsource capacities, we ensure that all our suppliers are either TS certified or at least ISO certified fasteners manufacturers with decades of experience in the fasteners industry. This guarantees a high level of knowledge and product quality. Additionally, our quality engineers oversee process verification and conduct pre-delivery inspections. We also offer third-party inspection reports on a random basis or as requested by our valued customers. We ensure 100% traceability up to the raw material heat of the mill through our Final Inspection Report (FIR) warehousing procedures, which are linked to the supplier's test certificates and reports. PPAP documents, including the control plan, ROHS, and PFMEA, can be provided upon request.
