The process quality is continually checked as per the control plan to maintain a quality management system which includes inline inspection at every stage and final inspection as per required industry standards. This meets the high requirements of the diverse business sectors we are serving i.e. Automotive, Marine, Defense, and Aerospace. This is underpinned with numerous certificates and customer audits.

All of the products meet national or international specifications exactly as per requirements without any deviations and moreover Cpk requirements as per our internal norms of products parameter and process based. Wherever we need to outsource the capacities, All our suppliers are TS or minimum ISO certified and have expertise in the fasteners industry from many decades which ensures the right knowledge and product quality and moreover, our quality engineers take care of process verification and pre-delivery inspection. We also provide third-party inspection reports on a random basis or as and when needed by our esteemed customers. We ensure 100% traceability up to raw material heat of the mill through our warehousing procedures of FIR ( Final Inspection Report ) which is linked with the supplier's TC test certificates/reports. PPAP Documents such as the Control plan, ROHS, and PFMEA can be processed upon request.

In near future, we are keen to launch real-time traceability for incoming orders to give new heights to customer experience.
